Educational workshops
I lead poetry workshops for adults, students, veterans, museums, libraries, and community programs.
Discuss a workshopBased in Miami and available for destination events. Clients cover agreed travel, lodging, meals, and related expenses.

I am a certified English teacher and a writer pursuing an MFA in Creative Writing at FIU. My workshops combine clear instruction, conversation, examples, and time to write. There is room to read, talk, try an idea, and make a piece of writing your own.
I have led poetry workshops for veterans at the Miami VA, contributed poetry to a collaborative poetry-and-sculpture workshop at The Bass, typed poems for students at Cristo Rey Miami High School, and worked in library and community settings.
